About us
Professional Social Worker’s
Association (PROSA) is the State Forum of qualified social workers at Higher Secondary level. It is a secular, democratic, non-profit
organization standing for professional growth, community betterment, and world
peace. Human rights, environmental
protection, gender equity, social justice, good governance, wellness and
equitable distribution of resources are our key areas of concern.
PROSA was initiated
in the year 2000. Eversince it worked for the enhancement of social work
transaction in Kerala.
PROSA has developed study materials
for plus one and plus two classes.
Regular workshops at Munnar,
Vagamon, Ponmudi, and Wayanad helped PROSA to release text books for students.
PROSA stood strongly to
safeguard the quality of Practical component of social work subject at higher
secondary level.
PROSA members actively
associate with SCERT in syllabus
upgradation, evaluation standardization, and text book development.
Active members of PROSA
marked their involvement in the production of plus two textbook.
Recently PROSA initiated a
three day workshop at Cochin and brought out a scholar aid for plus one
students of kerala. It is a rank file for average students in the class.
The new blog offers social
media interaction for its members and
